PHARMINTECH Air Shower is designed to supply Class 100 HEPA filtered air at high velocity through multiple jet nozzles to remove particulate matter from the body/garment of a person entering a Cleanroom.
Key Specifications
- Available in powder-coated steel or stainless steel finish (SS 304 / SS 316L).
- Adjustable jet nozzles arranged for full‑body coverage; sequencing prevents re‑entrainment.
- Digital differential pressure gauge with audio‑visual alarms for filter loading and airflow deviation; door interlocks and timed cycles.
- Supply HEPA Filter - H 14 - Efficiency- 99.999 % OR 50 % down to 0.3 micron

Mist Shower
PHARMINTECH Mist Shower is a chamber installed at the exit of the Cleanroom to showering Mist (Air + Water) over the gown of a person and thus providing protection during the de-gowning process in drug manufacturing areas.

- Vertical + horizontal misting via ultrasonic or high‑pressure atomizers.
